Constantly branching out, creating a wide array of culinary dishes that are inspired by flavors and tastes from around the world, Simon Bjornstad is our executive chef at the West Bend Country Club. Full of talent and filled with a wide range of culinary knowledge, Chef Simon has been here since 2022, and he’s committed to delivering a menu that satisfies a taste for both the sophisticated and the new.

Mixing Mediterranean inspired dishes with a French style and other twists and turns, Chef Simon creates dishes with a flavor profile that balances sweetness, saltiness, and savoriness. Combining global tastes with local, seasonal produce, he designs seasonal menus to introduce new tastes to our members. With an expert and hard-working crew at his side, Chef Simon is ready to satiate your hunger while providing dishes that will become new classics for years to come.

Our Dining Experiences

Our largest dining space, the Main Dining Room is ideal for casual and formal dining, and seats up to 72. This room is perfect for large parties, conferences, and meetings, and the south side of this room overlooks the golf course. The Langford Room is our second-largest dining room and is also designed for casual and formal dining. This room has its own private bar, which is great for large conferences, parties, and meetings, and the south side of this room features a wall of windows that also overlooks the course.

For smaller business meetings or small family gatherings, such as birthdays or anniversary events, we recommend the Lakeview Room. Seating up to 48 people, it has its own private balcony that overlooks the course. Our Grill Room and bar area serves as a perfect reception area for weddings and large parties. It has a very comfortable lounge area in front of the fireplace and also features flat-screen televisions on each side of the room.

For business, we suggest the Trophy Room. The Trophy room is most often used for larger business meetings and as a dance/entertainment area during wedding receptions because it can open up to the Grill Room.
