The Club is the perfect place to host an event, and we are prepared to assist you in every way—from selecting the ideal space to customizing your menu and arranging the fine details that will make your occasion a truly memorable one. Event Facilities

The Main Dining Room

The Main Dining Room is our largest dining room. It is suitable for casual and formal dining, and seats up to 72. The Main Dining Room is used most often in combination with the Lakeview and Langford Rooms for wedding receptions for a seating capacity of 200. This room is also perfect for large parties, conferences and meetings. One side of this room features a wall of windows that overlooks the golf course.

The Langford Room

The Langford Room is our second-largest dining room. It is suitable for casual and formal dining and seats up to 72. This room has its own private bar, making it perfect for large conferences, parties and meetings. One side of this room features a wall of windows that overlooks the golf course.

The Lakeview Room

The Lakeview Room is conducive to smaller business meetings or small family gatherings (such as birthdays or anniversary events) of up to 48. It is also ideal as a breakout room for a large seminar being conducted in one of the larger rooms. It has its own private balcony that overlooks our beautiful golf course.

The Grill Room

Our Grill Room and bar area serves as a perfect reception area for weddings and large parties. It has a very comfortable lounge area in front of the fireplace and also features flat-screen televisions on each side of the room for your viewing pleasure. The Grill Room features menu service from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or later every day of the week except Mondays.

The Trophy Room

The Trophy Room is used most often for larger business meetings and as a dance/entertainment area during wedding receptions because it can be opened up to the Grill Room. It is also very appropriate to use for conferences and seminars and has a capacity of 72 people.

The Players Lounge

The Players Lounge is an intimate meeting space which is ideal for regular board meetings for up to 48 people. The Players Lounge is used most often for smaller business meetings/seminars.
