Membership at West Bend Country Club offers more than access to the course. As a member-owned private Club, WBCC brings together unlimited golf, personalized instruction and professional support, dining, social traditions, family programming, and a community built around enjoying the Club together.
Membership privileges extend to the primary member, spouse, and children age 25 and younger, with opportunities for every member of the family to play, participate, and become involved in Club life.
Golf Memberships
Golf Membership provides unlimited access to West Bend Country Club’s private course, full use of the practice facilities, preferred Golf Shop pricing, locker room access, and opportunities to participate in leagues, tournaments, championships, and other golf events throughout the season.
Members also enjoy full dining and social privileges, access to the Club’s golf simulator, personalized instruction, and Junior Golf opportunities for children and grandchildren.
Regular Golf Membership
Available to members age 40 and older who have paid the initiation fee and stock purchase in full. Regular Golf Members receive voting privileges.
Associate Golf Membership
Available to members age 40 and older who elect to pay the initiation fee over three installments. The stock purchase is available in the final year, after which voting privileges may be obtained.
Junior Golf Membership
Available to members age 39 and younger and offered with a reduced initiation fee. The stock purchase is payable in the final year of the initiation payment schedule.
Business Membership
Held by a company and assigned to one employee and their family. This membership can transfer to another employee at the company for a nominal fee while the initiation fee is due in full.
Social Memberships
Extends to the primary member, their spouse, and children age 25 and younger, with full access to Club dining, social events, private banquet room reservations, and the Club community. Social members may also play up to four rounds of golf at the guest rate, not including lessons and specific Club events such as 9 & Wine and Glow Golf.
2027 Membership Program
Experience West Bend Country Club through our limited 2027 Membership Program, offering new Golf Members the opportunity to join at a special introductory rate. Begin enjoying full Club privileges this fall and continue throughout the entire 2027 season while becoming part of the WBCC community.

Program Details
The 2026 Membership Program provides an easier path to considering membership at WBCC. With reduced dues, a deferred initiation fee, and the rest of the 2025 season included, it’s the perfect way to enjoy everything the club has to offer before committing to anything long-term. The sooner you are accepted, the more time you’ll have to enjoy the complete WBCC experience.
In their first year, golf members accepted into the program will receive:
- Reduced dues through the end of 2026
- Initiation fee deferred until December 31, 2026
- The remainder of the 2025 season at no cost
New members may begin enjoying the full club experience on September 17th, a beautiful time of year in Wisconsin to take advantage of great fall weather, scenic views, and some of the best golf Wisconsin has to offer, along with the club’s dining and social calendar.

The membership process typically begins with an inquiry or tour, followed by an application and review process. Each application requires a sponsor who is a current member in good standing, and all prospective members complete a background check as part of the approval process.
Yes. Members are welcome to bring guests for dining with no guest limits. For golf, a guest who is not directly related to the member, or a family member age 26 or older, may play up to four rounds per year at the guest rate.
